Please don't be a victim of this trap. I got my vehical lease as a variable rate loan. But this fraudulent company doesn't reduce my loan rate even I request for several times. Sometimea when top up money deducted from bank account but doesn't show in the app. Also, can't see how much you have paid and balance of the loan. No transparency between branches. Your lease and rates information only accessible by the marketing officer of your lease. You can't get any information from any other branch.

My LBC CIM account became dormant, the representative explained that I needed to access the account within one hour of activation and perform transactions through the LBC CIM app every month. Here's the problem: 1. There's no point in requiring monthly transactions or inform me via call or message before making the account dormant. 2. I never received confirmation after that call to verify if my account was active. Consequently, I lost access, and it became dormant again.

With the latest update, they removed Joint accounts from the cim app then anyone who have a joint account have to call the respective branch, which the Joint account created to get updates about the account. Which is impossible for a person who needs to check the account details regularly
