Language support...this is a card in conjunction with Amazon, yet there is zero language support... only in the language of the country. It's 2023.... English is everywhere, but not here. And no matter how many bad reviews are here...LBB/Amazon never address the problem. Contacted customer service...no one speaks English... you gotta be kidding me! If I could give a zero or negative I would.

My experience was a very bad one. I wanted to make an official important online payment, I couldn't do it, so I stared calling them, they will pick and tell me they will call me back in 1 hour, one even said it will take up to 3 hours, but I never received any calls from anyone. The painful part is they wasted the whole day for me and ruined the application that I wanted to pay for online. If they had just told me they are incompetent, I would have found another alternative soon.
