The app is good overall, it includes functions that promote learning (e.g. disabling screenshot function and time pressured exams), furthermore, the app page is responsive on Facebook; however, there are still things that may be improved, the app should have a website together with a dashboard so that when a user may be locked out of his/her own account he/she may easily reset it back. This improves not only the efficiency of the app but also ease work load on the technical support team.

My account is being logged out frequently. Then you cannot play the videos anymore due to multiple view restrictions, where in fact I haven't played any video yet. Also, the "single device view restrictions" is a problem of this app since I only have one account logged in to a single device. So much bug on this app. Useful, yet disgusting.
