★★★★★ I am from austria. I found the app by asking how to buy a bus tocket in leipzig. Minstall etc. was easy. One star less for useless additional confirmation with my bank for such a small amount of €3. This 'risk' can be shouldered by the city my pov.

★★★★★ The app UI is quite good and smooth. But an option to add the travel to Google calendar would be nice. DB and MoovMe apps have that feature where you can add a schedule/search_result to your calendar.
★★☆☆☆ The tram newline in leipzig is terrible already. But this app is even worse. You want to know why Leipzig is a bicycle town? Because public transport is the worst!
★★☆☆☆ Need a German phone number to activate, payment only by IBAN; seems odd that this is not designed for tourists to use
★★☆☆☆ Awful app, very complicated. I downloaded the app for my upcoming trip to Leipzig, and it was impossible to fathom. This was not helped by the fact that although there is an option for English, once to clock on anything else it reverts to German. I will use ticket machines when I get there.
