So does It matter where you live? Because I was getting started I was messaging with the AI & it said in quote, Lemonade Car is on its way to (state). I replied let me know! And then it said in quote" I can email you when we're ready". Soo is it me or what? I really wanted to start this because I NEED to get car & maybe pet insurance. It's being difficult. Do I talk to a REAL PERSON ON THE PHONE OR ? I thought I was waiting for an email, but now it's been maybe a little more than a week👎

There is no way to really adjust policies through the app nor to contact anyone for assistance. I found a phone number via Google. My policy lapsed because there was no way to get it canceled. Instead of contacting me for the final balance, the company plays games. They waited NEARLY A FULL YEAR for me to need an auto insurance policy to randomly debit my account for the old pet policy. This sucks when you live check-to-check! Now, I have no car insurance and nothing but a prayer until next payday!

If I could give this app 0 stars I would....the app keeps indicating that my location services are not enabled. My location is currently set to allow location services all the time and has been since having the app. I have to open the app every day and "activate" location services. I even have received emails saying that my discounts will be removed unless I turn on location services. This is beyond annoying. Lemonade, please fix your app.
