Very confused... The app seems to just link to the website? And almost all functionality of the old app is removed? Two stars because I can still renew books, but I could do the same with a bookmark in my browser.

I set a bookmark to the library website on my phone and uninstalled the app, since that is now the only function it has as an "app", to redirect. It is not very clear if you can change your preferred library, and if you can, I don't know how, at least on the mobile site. I'm very frustrated with this app.
