I love this app. I do the stretching every day and am no longer stiff when I get out of bed in the morning, I feel so much better and a stiff knee I had for over 20 years following an operation after an ACL rupture is getting better to my absolute amazement. I never expected that! I can highly recommend this app and the exercises. I am so much more flexible in a short amount of time. My plan is to continue this every day and get more and more flexible the older I get. Thank you so much!

"The" app to finally be able to work out daily. Sure, this is no high power workout, but it makes you do the essentials daily. This is worth gold. One can still add more workout when there is time. I do the daily short stretching and holding exercises, and then add a couple of the recommended ones for my problem areas. Altogether maybe about 15–30 minutes, depending on the day. Totally doable. Great value. Don't regret the purchase one bit.

Great app, but for me the instructions are too lengthy. I'm sure it's great for simr people. But... I can't figure out how to cancel it. And it keeps charging me every year £130. That's so expensive for something I'm not using. I've tried to email L&B a few times, but I never received a reply. It's quite a rip-off.
