The latest update is terrible. My previous collected stamps and points are gone. Order again does not work. There is no help form to get support on other than some preselected topics. Messages are nowhere to be found. Update: First of all apologies for the rant. The team was quite responsive, and now I have my stamp cards again (after subscribing to a newsletter I don't need). The stamp card overview is better than before. Also, the points are displayed. When "order again" works again, 5 stars

Managed to screw up with each update! Now you cannot order tracking on app if you order it on the website!

You select the free delivery restaurants and still end up having to pay €0.5c delivery... Deceiving the consumer is never a good look. Yeah your response means nothing to me if I am still paying for something I shouldn't have paid for. Free means free, not a small fee of 50cents... (Edit after response from Lieferando team, their comment got deleted lol)

What a joke. App is full of bugs. They offer a terrible service. They deliberately make it so hard to contact support. Half of their promos don't work. If You use a voucher, but the payment doesn't go through you lose the voucher. It happens so often that you cannot pay with a card because of a poorly programmed app. They deliberately prevent you from rating restaurants within the app itself and force you to check your emails for a link to review. Wolt, uber eats, foodora, Julia are all better.

Worst of the worst. When you order at website, you cannot track it on phone app. The address information disappears frequently. There is no help hotline. You have to send an email and hope that they will answer you eventually.
