I have a problem where I can't go into the shift to see who I'm working with, it goes completely black, and I can't drop or swap shifts this way. It says that it has stopped working, and I need to wait or close the app, thus isn't happening to any of my other apps

This app is far better than my last roster app, it keeps me on track. Our store manager enabled swap/drop function and time off function which is very useful for us.

Little tip: NEVER set a shift reminder, because no matter how many times you disable notifications, or turn them off in the settings or set them to silent, you will never get them to stop. They cannot be turned off.

The app logs me out, and it shows that failed to load business and I can't add my new employer because of this

Design is nice and functional but the inability to put in time off or availability changes makes this app a horrendous thing to use. You're better off calling your manager to make changes to time off then using this app

I can't believe my company chose this. It's way too complicated. Making a schedule takes me way more time and can't schedule anyone over 10 hours. Shows you an estimate of what you will make for your shifts which is not accurate. Just terrible
