Amazing, prompt customer live help. However, I didn't realize communication would be via email and wouldn't continue through the "live chat", so I was waiting for 15+ minutes in that screen! I'd suggest an automated message to direct your customer to check their email??? Also, when I requested a refund in accordance with Liven's 48 hour refund policy, I didn't realize that the refund would appear in the Rewards Balance Wallet rather than as a refund via the same method as payment was made.

Since the latest version of the app it has become tricky to use your Liven rewards towards your purchase. Before it was displayed on the same screen, you can toggle to either use it or not towards the payment before pressing pay button. Now you need to remember to press change payment method every time you want to use your Liven coin. Isn't a big deal if you accumulate a bigger amount before using it but if you use it every time when paying, it was more convenient before.

I accessed my work email via the app when I went from a work event perspective as I needed the receipt for reimbursement. Now that I am trying to use liven for my personal use, it says my device is registered with that email only, and I cannot log in or create a different account. I am not sure why this is the case, almost every food delivery app or fast food app allows anyone to make multiple account for keeping their work and personal account history separate. It's beyond nuts.

Bought $350 bran dollars on an event which doubled the amount for liven money, the restaurant cancelled their partnership with liven, and only got offered the initial $350 with an extra $15 as an "apology". I bought those bran dollars because I was promised an extra $350 worth of food in the first place. I'd rather go to another restaurant, but they thought that the loss I had only worth $15. Yeah nah not worth it. 👎

Purchased $2000 off Liven for Calia with $2000 match bonus. Calia no longer accepting Liven. Now no one will respond to messages via the app, all auto messages. I want my money back, I don't want to liven pass which has restaurants I don't eat at. I purchased through Liven just for Calia. I want the money I paid Liven and don't want to liven pass with 20% bonus. Considering Calia was 100% bonus. Shocking!
