★★★★★ Given how busy family doctors can be in France, this is excellent for when you get a common viral illness (flu, Castro, etc.) and your doctor has the whole day taken.

★★☆☆☆ Good idea in theory, I used this service a couple of times in 2021, and it was good but seems to have gone downhill since then. I had an appointment booked this morning, and it got delayed by 2 hours, fair enough. Then assigned to a different doctor, OK. And finally cancelled as there were "no doctors available". Next one I can book is in 2 days time. What's the point if they can just cancel it?

★★☆☆☆ Doctors are always late to my appointments. Today the doctor hung up on me 10 seconds into the call, so the whole appointment was cancelled. Bloody furious.

★★☆☆☆ What a total waste of time. 50 minutes wait for a call that would not connect, to be told that there must be a connectivity problem or I didn't turn up. NO, THE APP AND SERVICE IS DIABOLICAL. Out of 4 attempted livi appointments, not 1 has beem successful. We need our NHS to be funded, nirlt having to rely on toy applications.
