Love the Loan Depot app. Not only could I make my mortgage payments, but check my tax documents faster besides the excellent customer service that has put Loan Depot in a class by itself.

App doesn't send notifications. I've received late fees due to the app not taking payments. Even when I send customer service messages, notifying them of issues, they refuse to clear fees and update credit. Even with the site and app down, fees will still apply

I'd give this entire company -1 stars. You can only miss 1 payment then after that they block your ability to pay online or by phone entirely for a whole year. Predatory practice.

Dear lone depot, I've never used your app before. And I just downloaded it and for some reason. After creating my login, it tells me I already have a loan with you guys when I've never taken out alone with you guys before. Why is your customer service number not listed on the app? So I can call and find out why you guys think I already have a loan out with you when I don't.
