★★★★★ Used the lollipop camera for the past 3 years, and had no issues with the hardware or software. Customer service have been responsive when contacted.

★★★★★ Love Lollipop We absolutely love the lollipop baby monitor, it looks stylish and suits our baby's bedroom. We chose the cotton candy color as we our having a baby girl. We love the fact you can wrap it around the cot, or you can attach it to the wall mount that comes included. It is really easy to install. The camera quality is great, even in night mode and when you zoom in. It can pay white noise and some other songs to help sooth baby to sleep. It has true crying detection which works great.

★★☆☆☆ Installed the most recent software update and now notifications aren't working. Reached out to support and only got back a standardized answer. To install firmware updates, we literally have to hold the camera next to the Wi-Fi Hotspot for it to recognize a strong enough signal. Will definitely not recommend this product to anyone.

★★☆☆☆ Can't put monitor on standby after the latest update. Either get constant alarms once you wake up with baby or have to unplug the camera and remember to plug back in right at bedtime. Way too expensive to have all these issues!

★★☆☆☆ We love our lollipop but since latest update cannot put on standby within the app. It keeps flicking back on and not staying on standby
