BE WARY of HOW the card machine updates. The app part on the phone updates fine. But the card machine WILL NOT update when you switch it on and connect it to your phone for some reason. It will ONLY update while you are taking payment, which for a business is EMBARRASSING for when you're stood there trying to take payment. What SHOULD be SIMPLE becomes a WAITING GAME. To get around this, start the process of taking a payment to trigger the machine to update, then cancel payment.

Do not rely on this app. They will hook you in with low rates then when you go to take payment from customer will put your account on hold with allegations of suspicious activity and provide no further explanation for over 5 days. I have attempted to make contact, to assist them, but no avail like talking to a brick wall. Very annoying when you've got a customer there ready to make payment but cannot due to copay.

They block accounts, ignore customers, and then reactivate accounts when they've realized they've made a mistake but perfunctory 'apologies' and seem to genuinely think customers will continue to trust them. Robust KYC and AML is expected, but a modicum better customer care and a published FCA-compliant complaints procedure are both areas of concern. I've found their customer care offensively bad, and their complaints' procedure is virtually non-existent (seriously, try finding it).
