Going to seriously look for me an apartment for Seniors who are needing health checks for their Disabilities. I am on Social Security, Retired Army SSG, and get 30% VA Disability Compensation which by a VA Waiver, the Amount I am paid for my disability is taken away from my Army retirement check. If I was 50% or higher the VA and Government will allow me to receive both checks in full. Darn, my ex-wife got half my retirement in 2018 for $691. So now I have lost $691 and $441.35, so $1132 gone

So far so good!!! I looked up my apartment complex, and it was listed as an elderly complex which it is...... I've been living here for 14 years. I also looked up other apartments in my county and the app shows the complex. THIS APP IS AMAZING!!! I read you had an issue with Android 9 and I have an Android 8.

It is good, but it needs to be rearranged because some of the subheadings for the states such as Utah, Wisconsin, Wyoming,West Virginia, Virginia, Washington (state), and us territories are all out of order. It's only a problem if someone lives in those areas looking for an affordable apartment. For example someone who lives in Seattle will have to look under Virginia to get the list of apartment and say someone who lives in Guam will have to look under Utah's subheading to find the info.

The information provided us basically the list of buildings that are getting the FMR tax credit for providing affordable rate units. It's not useful to just see a list this way and would be better ifas an Excel spreadsheet. There are far too many ads going, and you can't print from the app, so it's rather a useless thing for me

Not looking to rent-to-own. Looking for AFFORDABLE housing, not $1000's for something only worth $600, maybe up to the $800's just a few months ago!! Was given no more choices than Triton!?! This app was no help at ALL!!!

App doesn't work. Web page not displayed message shows up when opening the app. Has to rate it a 1 star in order to post. I was going to rate it a 0 until the issue is resolved.
