Amazing but you should add point system to card user or app user for instance if someone travel they get some points either credited in app or card so at least one could get at least one free ride this will help boast experience on traveling metro.❤

The map doesn't come on full app screen. It only comes in half screen and in that only zoom option is there. A person with weak eyes will definitely struggle to see the map.

App start with loading and still loading.make sure it's will be working some bugs and need to update.

The app I thought would bring relief, but it's full of bugs. No matter how many times you register your card, it won't register. The card won't recharge, and the page will go back again and again. You don't even bring updates to solve the problem and there are just some replies to problems. At least listen to consumer problems. The DMRC succeeded only because of its dedication to consumers' problems. Plese fix this app LMRC.
