★★★★★ Fast delivery and quality items. But order cancel option is not there, for that we have to mail them. Please add cancel feature too. Also, not all products are available online. Please add that too

★★★★★ Interface is very user-friendly and altogether an amazing shopping experience. Products are of good quality and delivery is prompt within the given time. The customer care service is exceptional as well.

★★☆☆☆ Worst experience ever. They don't provide a carrying a bag, no matter for how many things you order. They always carry the products in their basket and will keep in the sitout of your home. You have to take everything from the floor and carry it inside to home. Even if you are purchasing for 2000 or even 3000 they won't provide a carrying bag. Instead, they place it on the floor. Very pathetic. Even the ones selling things in street provide carrying bag.

★★☆☆☆ The first problem occurred with the OTP, and it's duration. I think when we download and to register an OTP is required. The time of the OTP to enter is just 30 seconds only, and it's a problem while you are a bit away from a network or accessible range. Second problem after resolving the issues with OTP now there are no items displayed when you try to Shop. Message appears NO ITEMS FOUND. Quite embarrassing. The developers should look into it for a better experience of shopping.
