I do really like the Luxer, if they use the lockers!!! It looks as though they did ! However, if they put my packages 📦 🙄 in the common area, there are everyone's packages in there. And I've had my packages stolen.

Something always goes wrong with locker box but 75% of the time it runs well. Sometimes I don't get my packages because they got lost in thier system or am not registered? Or need to sign in again, yet, I never received a message that I had packages at all ?? Only, from the carrier, who said that it was left in the Luxer Box, but I never got a message about it? They should check the system for errors & update daily too! Update; they have Improved but still need to fix some stuff!

Items placed in wrong locker; my locker had someone else's packages. I could not open the locker #14, so I did not get my item. Linda

App never works. I always, have to get codes from my email. The app constantly tells me it needs billing information from me. For what? It never explained any billing I just want to pick up my packages.

Previously, I used to race the app, Can I get it to stay open long enough for it to scan the QR code to pick up my package, now the app log me out. The app refuses to stay open longer than 5 seconds for me to log into the luxer account. Please fix this. Numerous people have complained.
