I've been using this app for a while now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The app offers a wide range of services and some fantastic deals, making it convenient and cost-effective to book salon appointments. The user interface is easy to navigate, and the booking process is seamless. One thing I'd love to see improved is the inclusion of more salons that specialize in textured and curly hair in Bangalore. Additionally, it would be great if the app could expand its services to more cities

The app doesn't show service completed after payment. Also, there is no option to rate the service after the service is complete.

I booked my appointment through luzo app, visited to the salon & they were not even aware of the app and had no idea of my confirmed appointment. Although they completed my service as their stylist was available, but what if their stylist wasn't available? After service, I tried to pay through Luzo Pay and App asked me to enter bill value, while trying to enter amount, nothing was happening so I paid to salon and didn't get any discount from the App.

I thought of trying Luzo once. Even on reading a comment from one of the previous app user dated 04/10/23, assuming the bug must have been resolved as of now, I did download the app and was disappointed to see that for manual registration one can not give any inputs as the app doesn't recognize data field and no keyboard is flashed to let users enter their details. I really wish if I be using a phone with keypad rather than a Touchscreen, may be then I would have been able to create an account.
