Can't navigate back and keep having to start again when trying to make an appointment

Unable to register says you have been sent a PIN to my email, how can they when I've not entered my email address. No email, pin or instructions how to register without having the above issue. Waste of time and effort!!

Cannot register. Stuck in Declaration Accept loop. Says user already registered but no emails to confirm password. All far too slow! Will be cancelling policy at first opportunity if this keeps up.
