Yesterday I picked up an eSim code from Tesco for 99p. I installed the app, activated the eSim then immediately ported my number to lyca, all in the app. Within a few hours my number was ported and everything works perfectly. IMHO, lyca beats all the big network providers for value of money and for the ease of my port. 3, Vodafone and O2 are all just rip off merchants with their stupid high prices and tedious contracts, whereas Lyca actually do represent excellent value to consumers.

Avoid LycaMobile at all costs. I’ve been without mobile data or reliable network service for over a month, and their customer support is abysmal. Multiple calls and emails only get generic, copy-paste replies. Their "technical team" is ineffective, and promised follow-ups never happen. Despite my formal complaints, they’ve made no effort to resolve the issue or contact me. Meanwhile, they continue to charge for a service they fail to provide. Save yourself the frustration—go elsewhere!

I can't able to turn off my auto-renewal. Every time they renew my plan. I have a text message from lyca, they turn off my auto-renewal payment. But on due time they debit the money automatically. Can you please fix this?

Bought 30 GB data for £12. But they restricted that I can use only 1 GB data per day, which is silly restriction. Lyca gave the confusing information. I paid it should not restrict how much data we can use.
