★★★★★ My thoughts run a mile a minute. I attended Tamarkoz classes in L.A. and found the visualization section helped me pause my thoughts and focus on something else for the few moments I was able to follow along before my thoughts took over. But each time I was able to follow along for a bit longer and gain relief. Then the pandemic hit and the classes were canceled, and my anxiety increased. But I am so happy that the app has launched, now I access the visualizations anytime I need some stillness.
