This is the best wallet of our time. M2U have made life easy through the following ways. 1)I can send money from M2U to MoMo and OM at little GMAC fee. 2)I can deposit money into my UBA bank account at 0frs without going the Bank. 3)I can recharge airtime into my numbers or another number from M2U 4)I can even send money to another bank account like BICEP, CCA,etc. from my phone "only possible with M2U" 5)I can pay for my Bills like (Star Time, Water,Eneo, etc from my M2U). 6) De list is endless 💃

Very bad, can't even add a bank account. Method of adding bank account not the best nor good. Great idea but at this point app is useless for me. Process identification of documents take too long.

The app is very, very slow, at first, I thought it was because of the network, but no... the Orange money and MTN momo apps work very well. Frankly, it's very annoying, especially since it's UBA's turnover, they are not even able to make a good application. They don't give an about us or what? When I want to send the money to someone it burg, even when I want to withdraw the money for myself it burg, I would like to emphasize once again the slowness of the application.

Absolutely awful app. Almost never works and when it does, it's either terribly slow or they just make mistakes. Their system keeps your money and the bank refuses to give it back to you. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Honestly there's nothing worth it at UBA. Everything just causes headaches and this app is just the worst.

The app was working well until about 2 to 3 days now. I can't log in to my account even the password reset feature fails to send the OTP message required to reset my password. Dev team please how can I regain access to my account ?
