The agents have no respect when reminding their clients regarding their unsettled bills, I just got laid off and im trying my best to pay the debt. Harassment and off the belt messages are a big NO... Also, why would your agents say this? " Ano na pong balk nyo sa hiniram nyo, wag nmn sana pinyon sanayin ang sarili nyo na hindi nakakapagbayad sa taming oras? And also this "nakapagloan ka nmn ng maayos? Then your agents would say it's an automated message? Really? Not RECOMMENDED 😡😡😡

Mabilis ang pangalan ng app pero mas matagal pa sa Matagal yung process. My only suggestion is that change the name of the app from "mabilis" into "Matagal". To that it will suit your app! That's all thank you!
