Easy to use app with the metrics you need to reach your fitness goals. (Glad to see all the features back after the recent update.) No information about how heart rate numbers are being calculated though. Traditionally your max heart rate should be 220 minus your age. But that is not the number shown in the app. I would like to see more information about how the heart rate numbers are calculated.

This app is phenomenal!! Exactly what I needed! With this app, I can get my calories estimated and set up my macros. Clearly all I need. The only other app I need is determining my body fat percentage and lean body mass and use those values to determine my calorie needs. With these 2 apps, I'm good to go! Thank you!

The app was focused on analytical approach to cals calculation was simple but super good. The app now focused on food intake and calorie count (like thousand of other apps defeated the open purpose of existing specialty by ditching the cal calculator. Uninstalling

2021:update was harder to understand and not as easy to use as the previous version. More unorganized. Had to uninstall. Previous review (2018):Quick calculator for BMI and BMR, macro percentage points, and max reps. Is easy to understand and exactly as advertised.

This update totally ruined the experience. The input and flow is now very frustrating. It took me 5 minutes of scrolling to get to my birthday, and my weight. Just like to type it in as before. Uninstalled.

Really, extremely disappointed in the recent update that completely changed the efficiency and usefulness of this app. Instead of being really intuitive and easy to use, it was changed into a rather convoluted and clunky interface. Used the previous iteration (MyFitnessCals) of this app for YEARS with myself and my training clients, but unfortunately, now I'll be looking for a new app to use. Very sad by this.
