I am a pet sitter & pet owner. I like the fact you can rebook for clients & send them a booking request. Improvements needed: 1) Have to re-enter search criteria each time you view a pet sitter then try to go back to the search results! Tedious! Clients will not bother & will go somewhere else. 2) Can't send videos to clients, only photos! I use another app to send them. Inefficient! 3) Total booking cost to client is not visible to me in settings. Unprofessional & embarrassing.

I've found this site handy for an extra cash revenue idea as I love dogs, but to be honest I think that 20% fee to Mad Paws is a big chunk out of our income, when most sits are really busy, full on caring for dogs (they're like children!) and the twice daily walks, let along having them overnight or having them for a few days! Plus the ppl who have booked me through Mad Paws all said that it was confusing site to navigate! They also got confused with our pricing.!

It's very hard to get a job here. I made a profile 2 months ago and I've received just 1 booking from very far away. Mad paws are pretty expensive too, 20% fees. And if you don't have a car, you'll spend a lot in tram tickets, so in the end you'll get 20/$25 minus site fees and gas / tram tickets. Not worth it.

Really annoying to use, sitters are terrible. I use 2 apps to find house/pet sitters and this is my second choice only because I can't find another option. The interface looks good but once your using it and contacted a sitter you have to go back through and enter dates again every time you contact a new sitter. It will not save the info because that would make too much sense. Also, sitters on this app don't update their availability and are also substandard compared to paw shake sitters.
