I open the app and get blank pages. Can't check my balance. Can't find local events.

Loaded money onto the app. App didn't work. Kept asking for a picture of the physical RFID card from the kiosk at the fair. Called the support line. Got a kid named Zach who cursed at me and bragged that his company made ten million dollars a year, so it obviously wasn't their fault. He proceeded to blame local event staff for their lack of knowledge on the use of the service. He then asked how much it would take to keep me from crying about the money he stole.

The app does nothing. Won't show events, won't load cards, won't check balances, NOTHING.
