★★★★★ It's nice to have magic Jack doing the calling and the messaging its awesome right off the phone works well stays connected it doesn't degrade I've been using magic Jack for over 30 years and still using it.

★★☆☆☆ 1/17/25 UPDATE, this is horrid. I have to check hourly just to be sure it is still logged in. Frustrating. Missed important calls. Anyone from MJ ready this? 7/17/24 I continue being logged out daily. Extremely frustrating and have missed 911 calls. This is bad. 6/27/24 and it is still logging me out. Missing critical texts and calls. Frustrating. Why does it keep logging me out of app? I've been logging in daily. Now I am checking hourly to make sure and most time I am logged out. FIX.
★★☆☆☆ Stops working during a call, when I minimize magic jack app to use a different app such as browser. Calls are sometimes not received, and it will send the caller straight to voicemail.
