The alarm feature has gone completely missing. I've even dropped you an email regarding this. Also, not everyone uses siri. Please make Google Assistant voice commands capabilities to change modes. A great bed base, but please work on these 2 issues. I'm using a M555 base.

My bed will not connect. Remote went out shortly after purchase...trying to use the app now. I've deleted the app several times, unplugged my bed, pressed the paid button with every attempt to pair to every single bed listed on the app, turned Bluetooth off and on. Even tried pairing to the split beds to see if it would work even though I have a single frame. I'm pretty tech-savvy and usually know alternate routes to make something work but no matter what I do, my base has become a paper weight

The app sucks! I have tried multiple times to connect my split king bases, and sometimes it does, sometimes it does half of it. Regardless of getting it to connect, it won't let me adjust my settings. I want to adjust my zero gravity saved setting and only once was I close to getting it to correctly recognize the bed and even allow me to open the settings, but then I couldn't actually make any adjustments!
