Dos not give me correct arrive by time for destination bus timetable ie I set Arrive by 10:00 app shows departure time 10:01 destination arival 10:40 this makes planing a journey to arrive on time difficult I thought this is what the app was supposed to do?

Tram service is WAY below par considering the money being spent on the godforsaken 'service'. I buy a System 1 day saver (for buses AND trams) only to discover that one or more of the lines is off for ENDLESS "Essential Repairs". I don't know WHY I bother paying though as my ticket hasn't been checked ONCE since lockdown ended. The yellow coated guards that DO bother to actually get ON a tram are too busy on their mobile phones. As for foul-mouthed teen vaping tram-hoppers taking up seats...!

This app is handy to find a bus stop and what goes where from your stop. That's the useful bit! If you want to find the true time something's going to turn up at your stop the gmpte website is a lot more accurate. I've stopped using this app for actual timings after being stood at an open bus stop in the pouring rain for 30 mins plus a few times. Yes buses are delayed, but this app doesn't update in real time. Use the GM PTE website instead for actual live arrival times.
