★★★★★ My work needs a note when I call out, and I have no primary care provider/family doctor. Maple E-visit is the reason I am able to recover safely at home instead of going into work and exacerbating the issue/ being around others while contagious. The practitioners usually answer your request for an e visit within an hour or so which is very convenient, and they are fast and professional.

★★☆☆☆ I spoke with a NP on Wed about a cough I had since Sunday that was getting worse. At first, I was hesitant to use this app. Maybe my gut was right. I'm not sure if medical professionals on here can order chest x-rays. I think they would be able to. This NP, even after I told her that the cough was getting worse, texted me what things should be done for cough/flu. All of which I had been doing without success in healing my cough. Thurs went to ER. Diagnosis = pneumonia.

★★☆☆☆ Do not get this app. Used to be pay per visit, which would be fantastic, but now they are forcing their customers to pay an egregious $80 a month to even use any of the services. They say It's to allow greater health care coverage, but if it was, they would allow the option. The Customer service is extremely buggy and unreliable. I have put in 4 requests for an appointment, and they rejected all 4 without giving me any reason why. Horrible, horrible app.

★★☆☆☆ Used t9 be great, pay per use, and get instant use. Now they want a monthly subscription even if not being used. No, thanks, there are others that will even do it for free.
