Hi the problem is that jose had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and cannot open her account because she cannot remember how to. Can you please send a letter to 30 Dinning ton road Sheffield S8 ONZ. With information how to contact you . Her daughter has POA . But cannot find a statement contract or account cards all we know is she owes you money and is paying £17 odd a month??..

I get paid once a month on the 9th every month. But marbles change the payment date every month. So I have had a £12 late payment near enough every month. I changed the payment date to the 13th just to be safe. But marbles obviously had other ideas as they changed it to the 7th. It's absolutely ridiculous. Now, I guess im guaranteed a £12 late payment every month. If I could go back and not get a marbles card I would never have done it. Credit card companies should not be allowed to do this.
