For my own safety, I will have to make a police report that they had INDIRECTLY FORCED me not to close the account. And making it so frustrating with their "suspicious" procedures! I can't think of any other reason except I felt I am being scammed!! IDK what they are up to... BUT guys please be careful. I am going to lodge a police report against Mari Bank for MY OWN SAFETY

I had a fraudulent transaction on my maribank credit card and maribank promised that it will take 3–4 days to get it resolved. It's been more than a week with 3 promises of call back, and I am not getting any answers or resolution! Because of the investigation, they have locked my access to both my card and bank account leaving me with no means to access the funds I have in the bank or to do any transaction. Customer service does not know how to escalate a situation to get this resolved!

Terrible. I opened an account not too long ago. And I forget my 6 digit pin. The CS ask for face verification but still can't log in. Been calling the CS 5 times for a solution. They keep asking me for a face verification. Ended up I told them I want to close the account. Because there's no other way. They still ask for face verification. Then after sometimes I get to log in to my account. And told them That I can log in so don't need to close. But still have to wait for 30 days!
