Works Nicely with NOAA Charts I wanted a basic nav program that would work with on-line NOAA charts. This one works best. When I move the screen or zoom, it downloads the charts within 10 seconds on 4G. Recent improvements include zoom in and out buttons on the maps, and distance and time to waypoint during navigation. The author has been incredibly responsive by email, fixed the few problems I saw and added some good features. Bottom line, if you want to see where you are on NOAA charts, I don't know of a better alternative anywhere near the price.

Not all maps work I can't get all the maps to work, and it's the noaa ones I wanted. Expensive app that I expected to work

Hard to use I found it very hard to navigate this app, especially setting and using waypoints was most difficult. There was no way to save a waypoint, and then it took three screens to return to the map. It took two screens just to get to the waypoint and by then I'd moved past the position I wanted to be marked. The NOAA map for my area of the Florida Keys was long outdated and didn't show major canal systems on Big Pine Key that I was trying to get to. The route function was too hard to use and I gave up. There is no help menu or any instructions how to use this app. Also, you boat's location is not positioned at the center of the screen like other apps. Usually your position remains in the center, and the map moves as you travel across the sea floor.

No good in Canada Absolute waste of money if you live in Canada. Features don't work on the biggest of lakes here. Would like a refund.
