★★☆☆☆ The most unprofessional insurance company who would love to take your money and when it comes to discussing anything to do with your policy they start playing mouth and cats, oh and if you cancel they will slap you with £100 which is ridiculous and just a jokes, I will report them to ombudsman a d trading standard. So they don't take no one for a ride again

★★☆☆☆ They cancelled my policy without any reason and I had an accident claim, so they put me down.

★★☆☆☆ Cheap insurance but beware of the automatic renewal...they will charge an admin fee if you cancel, even if on the new policy start date, as apparently you agreed to renew when you first signed up, to opt out of the automatic renewal you need to switch it off somewhere in the app. Also, before even cancelling the automatic renewal they wanted to see proof that I was already insured for that date, as it's a legal requirement, despite showing the proof was still charged admin fee for cancelling.
