App won't connect to unit. The first 7 or 8 times I used the app it worked great now all I get is the "circle of death" the app won't connect. This is one of the comments I read before I decided to buy this (it's a series 800) but I also read a couple of comments that it worked fine, so I decided to go ahead and buy it. Starting to have my doubts now. Ok it's working again, updated the OS on my phone and voilà apps working like it's supposed to. I really like my Master built 800 smoker/grill.

Masterbuilt gravity series....if you don't have one, ditch the Traeger and get one as soon as you can. I have the 560 series...this thing is a game changer. It is now my absolute favorite grill/smoker of all time. I have an offset smoker, a Traeger, a gas grill, a kettle grill and this master built 560 gravity series feeder....hands down it is the best and my favorite. My only regret is that I didn't spend the money and get it sooner.

Says I'm connected, but no information coming through. That was a couple of years ago. Day forward to today, and it still doesn't work. It won't even connect to the Wi-Fi. It said stay close to the device, and it can take a few minutes. LOL. Left my phone on the grill for a half hour, and it never connected. Never had any issues with the old app and my Moto Z4. New app on Motorola Edge + had NEVER worked. Not once!

App doesn't work on my new phone. Master built doesn't respond to my messages. So I have to use my old phone. Also, can't seem to get the temperature up to 700 to sear meats. Gets up to 500 and stays there. Looking for a new smoker that actually works.

App just straight up will not connect it says it's connected to grill but will not connect to Wi-Fi in order to work. Sucks because other than that I really like the grill but the app and how it connects needs work.
