It's very misleading that the app has to be used instead of the website. The website is now missing forms and questionnaires, and it doesn't direct you to the app. Maybe it's a website problem... However, I would much rather use the website than to have another unnecessary app consume resources.

Worthless. Mayo did not even contact me that I had an appointment on Nov 5th. I only know about appointments on the 15th and the 18th.
