★★★★★ I want to update MB bank application more easily. I'm updating but it still in 100% and not complete the update process.

★★☆☆☆ Great God this app is terrible, it's slow and laggy comparing to other banking apps. That's not the worst thing yet, what on Earth is this god-awful feature called D-OTP? I got deadlock out of register the darn thing without knowing. You call that user experience? Why did it behave like 1st place? Why can't you just give us option to use phone number instead of insisting on that bug-ridden D-OTP? Fix the darn thing. Who ever developed this feature you should be ashamed of yourself, all of you.

★★☆☆☆ After months and receive all the bad ratings about QR code thingy for the D-OTP, y'all still keep that. Bffr. Y'all know that the app is kinda useless when y'all CAN'T register D-OTP right? Such a pointless thing to keep with the people who have ONLY registered the SAME phone, like HELLO???? How they supposed to scan it tho??? It's a relief for me that I used all my money before the update and I didn't have any money in this TERRIBLE bank anymore.
