★★★★★ Works well. Makes paying credit card balance easy.

★★★★★ The ease of using the online banking with MBNA, has been a great blessing to me for many years. The app is a good benefit with the online banking and helps me to do all the banking that needs doing.

★★★★★ It works well enough, never had any real problems. Two annoyances are: 1. It would be nice to see the balances and end dates of special rates in the app rather than having to download statement PDFs (which apart from being a pain, are only correct on the day of the statement) 2. It would be nice to change the DD amount within the app rather than the website. I frequently tweak my DD amount.

★★★★★ So simple and quick - ideal for making quick payments, no fuss.

★★☆☆☆ I found this App very unused friendly and MBNA are dishonest in their advertising. They say it's easier to pay via the App. It's not it is I'm fact much more difficult. I made several attempts, and it didn't work once.

★★☆☆☆ Avoid getting a credit card from MBNA. They cahrage you interest despite the fact that you pay your statement balance in full. I have never seen such fraud and low rated provider.

★★☆☆☆ Giving one star because the developers stopped you pasting secure long passwords from password management tools, instead they force you to type passwords. So now I use a tiny easy to type password instead of a massive secure one. Awful security MBNA.
