★★☆☆☆ Not about the app. But employees in one of the branches. Rude employees and inconsiderate. Do you even train your employees about customer service?

★★☆☆☆ I was using Mcash apps to cash in via QRPH but I didn't reflect on my Mcash Wallet but deducted on my bank acount.the worst apps ever. Almost 10 days still no feedback.

★★☆☆☆ Hassle when doing cashin bank transfer need qr code what if you're using the same phone that has the bank apps... Then the other way to cashin is to goto ml branch... Then why should I use this apps if I have to go on ml branch.... Second when I open my bank apps your apps is not on the list....
