One of the WORST and MOST PATHETIC app/service. Out of stock products r also listed in their pathetic app & when order is created, hav to cancelled within 1 minute otherwise there is no option but to suffer. Pick up order as per alloted time r never/ever ready. Meatonn store @ KAKINADA is WORST, they don't have even heat sealing for packing. Hav to travel 3 days continuously (morning as well as evening ----evening, u will never find this shop open) just to pick up 1 odr VERY HORRIBLE N PATHETIC.

Today I purchased chicken. It's delivered on time. Quality is good. Really good service. Yesterday they failed to deliver. I waited long time after we cooked something else. At least they have not mentioned that they can't send the item.

The worst app and the worst service. 1. Quantity delivered is half of what is claimed on the website. 2. App does not give updates on the status of the order. Orders which were delivered even two weeks ago are still shown as "processing". 3. Not able to add items to cart even when they are mentioned as available in the app. 4. Very difficult to reach them over phone on the given contact numbers. 5. Guaranteed delay on every order.
