★★★★★ I love the fact I can book my appointments online. It is so quick and easy.

★★★★★ This is a great app for booking doctor's appointments and keeping track of them and resons for going.

★★★★★ The Medea system is a new improvement to communication with my doctor and his office, as well as a fine way to see test results and keep in touch.

★★★★★ Great platform to communicate with my GP and to send any forms that need to be completed. Easy to navigate. Ability to set up in person and phone call appointments.

★★☆☆☆ There's no way to distinguish messages with PHI from other messages which should not require logging into a secure platform (e.g."flu shots are now available"). Also, no way for patient to delete obsolete messages.(e.g."2021 flu shots are now available").

★★☆☆☆ It's beyond frustrating. IDK if it's the drs offices fault (mind you that's 3 DIFFERENT Offices) that NEVER seem to post appointments even though they are scheduled. You get your notes 5 days after the fact and 3 phone calls later. And the video chat is completely hogwash and has never worked properly. It's honestly just something to add more frustration to dealing with drs.

★★☆☆☆ Should have notifications, is a glorified Chrome browser than anything else, also editing longer messages is a pain for scrolling up and down
