I love to have this app. Handy on my phone. In case of emergency it can be access if you allow permissions. Easy to update, and I use it constantly when asked by doctors what medications I'm on. I just open the app. And show them my list. You can also enter information on your doctor's pharmacies, medical history, allergies, etc.

I have multiple health conditions that are very important for doctors to know about. I like that I can put all of my info from my medical/surgical history, medicine, doctors, emergency contacts and any other important information in this app. The information is all in one place and I like that it can be accessed from the lock screen without unlocking my phone if I were unable to speak. If you have important medical issues, this is absolutely a must-have app. This app could save your life.

Since paying for it, I can't configure the emergency contacts. The app cycles for 2 attempts back to the menu then crashes on the 3rd attempt. There is no error code to share. This was the main reason of purchase, the free version seems to everything else I wanted. I've updated my OS, restarted, checked permissions, made sure the apps updated. Please resolve.

If both love and hate this app. I love the functions it provides when it is turned on, but really hate it when the app's accessibility service suddenly turns itself off. If the app isn't reliable, it isn't of any value. Further, getting it turned back on for First Responders is too difficult. I've spent over a half hour trying to get it turned back on with no success. Even the videos haven't helped.

Used to be great. But recent changes to Android (no fault of the developer) mean that you have to enable rather extreme accessibility function to get the home screen icon to work. However, every update or reboot my Samsung A70 does, removes this permission -- removing the home screen button intended to be ALWAYS available for medical professionals. This really sucks and frankly endangers my health! EDIT: Keeps losing permissions and vanishing. Star rating decreased again.
