Been trying log in my account for telecons, but it keeps denying my login attempt. Tried resetting my password instead, but no email was sent even after waiting for an hour.

You made me update and after updating, the app no longer recognizes me, I had to sign up again, and now it classifies me as a non-member. My transactions from the previous app are gone. Horrible app experience. Don't make us update if you're going to give terrible service.

I've tried creating a LOA on this app from two devices, but the app keeps running into a bug where I'm redirected to the doctors search results page whenever I try selecting the hospital where I will see my doctor. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and clearing the cache and app data to no avail.
