When my wife was sick, we were hesitant to go to a clinic for a face to face consultation, so we used Medici and fair enough we had a good experience and will definitely use Medici again. We were surprised when a doctor accepted the consultation when we made a booking almost midnight, and she handled my wife well. Good job for making consultation easier for us esp during this pandemic.

This app has been a great experience! Very intuitive, easy to find and consult with a doctor, and already connected to my debit payment card. I even use it for my wife and children for when they need to quickly consult with a doctor! Don't have to leave the house, and we are able to get a prescription and medical certificate! Plus, it's gotten much better over the past few weeks--performance is much faster and there are hardly any lag times anymore.

I had to pay even before talking to a doctor. P699 was deducted to my account even though I was not connected to a doctor. Can you refund the payment made??

The fee is deducted from your debit card even if the consultation has not yet begun. You are supposed to have an option to cancel it before the consultation begins (when the doctor replies). But the fee will still be deducted even if you opt to cancel it before consultation starts. UPDATE: Precisely, the transaction didn't push through as I canceled it already, but I was still charged. They should directly coordinate with the bank to correct this since they don't provide you cancellation record
