Third class service. I tried to book teleconsultation twice and paid money twice. Status shows that appointment confirmed but doctor doesn't appear online and money is gone. Google pay should block such fraud sites.

What does this app do? Just an app to transfer money to doctor? I have booked a consultation for a specified time. No response from doctor at that time or later, clicked refund no confirmation for redund just showing refunded, no option to cancel refund process as i accidently clicked refund. No place to complaint about his app other than in google play. No email id number or customercare. What the hell is this app doing?
