I love all the devices sold at Aldi Stores and from other MEDIAN Devices from the other various retailers. These devices are better in user design as opposed to other devices, ie, switches not found inconveniently under plugged in cables as with MEDIAN's Power Plugs position is most conveniently found on front top faces. The most ideal position and colored lightly in a blue embossed in a power button Icon. Brilliant, except maybe the last release, which went again under the plug outlet? 🤔

Unfortunately the app doesn't launch for me, it just crashes. I'm using a pixel 3 xl and Android 10. It's a shame as I can't use any of the smart plug I purchased.

Stupid app I had to make a password with an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, special character and a number I then had to get a verification code put in my first and last name and put the Wi-Fi password in AND IT Doesn't EVEN TAKE 5G ALL FOR A SMART PLUG!?!?! Waste of money DO NOT BUY

They changed the app you needed for the vacuum Robots to this life+app. So now my robot completely stopped working. I tried for 2 weeks to link it without results. So I lost the use of an expensive device just because of software. It would be nice of they took everything back. I will never buy median again.
