★★☆☆☆ The website promotes about the benefits of meem acount and the credit card and makes it seem like it is available for everyone and easy to get. It took me 2 or 3 weeks to create an account after so many back n forths. After that I applied for the credit card providing all the requested documents. Waited for more than a week, but wIth no response. On approaching the support chat multiple times and being asked to wait, they finally mentioned it's rejected without any reason. Very frustrating.

★★☆☆☆ The application now forces you to give it location permission. I see no reason for that, and it doesn't respect user privacy.

★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately the fact is different from reality, bank advertisement says you can open account online however when you go to the online it is not possible, and they forward you to the GIB's branch.

★★☆☆☆ I can't use the app since last update on my Samsung note 3 crashing when opening every time and unhelpful call center.
