I love this app and I use it every day. Not only that you get coupons each day during the holiday season, but you can also see the products in their online version. This helps you analyze them, the reviews and the description. Although you could just go in the store yourself and check the product out, I suggest also looking on the online reviews. This app has helped me a lot and i honestly low key love it, hopes this helps!!

This can be problematic in stores with weak network or Wi-Fi, making it difficult to retrieve the member card quickly. Feature Request: While the app provides purchase history, adding an export option (CSV, PDF) with date filters would enhance usability and allow better record-keeping.

The process of registration is extremely difficult and confusing. You have to register 2 different accounts which do not work with each other. Please also add English language to the application, there are a lot of expats in Hungary

Credit where credit is due, so kudos on the cute Christmasy packaging. I absolutely enjoy shopping at dm store, they have quite a wide range of quality products that being said I'm kicking myself for ordering through your app. So I pay €4,95 for shipping, so I could walk uphill in the cold drizzling rain to the small DHL kiosk near my house to pick up & carry the heavy box of things I purchased?!?! I'm better off shopping at the store, so I'm uninstalling the app. Store 5 🌟s but sadly app 2🌟s.

So many issues with online orders. Can't cancel the order which is 10+ days in delay (bug with the app-asking for personal ID number as a required field to fill in, but not accepting it for some reason), no one answering the phone call or emails. Not worth the time, I will not be shopping online anymore.
