Wonderful app but can we not have our own chord progression and then melody is generated as per the progression instead of melody based on scales? Melody based on scales is not really useful than chord progression of a song idea

I created about a hundred rock melodies, but they were completely random sounds. Not catchy at all. It sounded like a drunk jazz man improvisations rather than a rock melody. What you need is an algorithm that would make it work with more sense and keep it to some rock sounding melody patterns.

The all keeps crashing after installing. After clicking next for the instructions just after installing, it crashes, I have reinstalled it but the same thing

I can't change pentatonic major to major, it just doesn't update. Why is pentatonic major the default anyway? Edit: I don't think I can reply to your comment but if you do read this, I know about the setting. That setting didn't work, I saved the changes, but it didn't actually apply. When I leave the settings screen then come back, the scale appears as pentatonic major again.
